Talk to a person
One inbox, read by the person who builds Diffr. No ticket portal, no chatbot, no tier-one script.
DEV360 LLC
Everything goes here — support, billing, licensing, privacy, security. Diffr is built by one person, so that person answers.
There is no phone line and no live chat, because there is no support team to staff them. Email gets a real answer from someone who knows the code.
Billing and refunds
Include the GitHub username the licence is attached to, or the email address you paid with. Either one is enough to find the charge.
If you want to stop paying, you do not need us at all — cancel from your account, which opens the Stripe billing portal. If you want money back, that needs an email: see the refund policy, which is 30 days, no questions.
Business licensing
A personal licence covers one GitHub account for personal use. If your company pays you to review code, that is a business seat.
Business pricing depends on seat count and is not published — tell us roughly how many engineers need it and we will quote it in one reply. No procurement portal, no discovery call.
Bugs and feature requests
Send them straight to the inbox. The useful details are your macOS version, the Diffr version (shown in the footer of this site as v0.8.1), and what you were doing when it went wrong. A screenshot beats a paragraph.
Your code never leaves your machine, so we cannot see what you were reviewing — you may need to describe it.
Privacy requests
A copy of your data, a correction, or deletion of your account: email us and we will do it. There is no form. The privacy policy lists everything we hold, which is short.
Security
If you have found a vulnerability in the app, the licence signing, or this site, email [email protected] with the details and please give us a chance to fix it before publishing. We will confirm we received it and tell you when it is patched.
